Accreditations

Macdonald continually reacts and adapts to the needs of the marketplace and its client base. To this end, we see the need to be able to offer recognised and respected accreditations and qualifications for the company as a whole – as well as its staff.

We are proud to hold ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 accreditations which have been achieved in the last two years. We are hopeful that ISO 18001 will follow in the coming months as our team continues to further advance its systems.

Macdonald also holds the recognised award of Safe Contractor from The National Britannia Group. This is fast becoming a benchmark qualification for companies working within mainstream construction as well as shopfitting and commercial interiors.

In terms of staff training and development, all of our site managers have undertaken SMTC Training leading to a recognised qualification in site management.

On top if this, the company has also invested in IOSH Awareness courses in safety for all its staff members.

Basic training in First Aid, PASMA Scaffolding and Access Equipment Operation are also held by our site management teams to be fully compliant with the needs of current health and safety operations.
