Our project managers are all very experienced in both the Retail and Commercial sectors, having supervised the construction of many large, intricate and high value interiors. This degree of experience is essential to provide our clients with what is some of the best management awareness available in the industry.
We have the added benefit of specialised project managers who are experienced in M&E installations – this allows us to manage and co-ordinate full turn key projects. Our customers can be relaxed in the knowledge we have all technical aspects well covered.
Our project managers are assisted by trained and time served site managers. All of our site managers are able to work with the minimum of supervision, under their own initiative and to the requirements of the client. All are capable of managing projects including the supervision of sub trades and any client nominated suppliers or sub contractors.
The estimating team is capable of producing detailed and analytical quotations based on experience gleaned from our varied client base. Our team work in a time efficient manner to be able to meet the timescales set by our customer base.
We manage a superb database of sub trades and suppliers – this is continuously updated and vetted to ensure we can provide any aspect of a project with a competitive cost. We are proud to continually offer our entire client base with keen, competitive costs whether projects are negotiated or tendered.
In-house H&S Co-Ordinators are able to provide us with the excellent standard of safety management as required by current legislation. In this ever changing environment, our team trains and continues to qualify in new government legislations and other regulative changes which directly affect our industry.
Our accounts and administration staff provide the solid foundation from which our operations team can successfully carry out their roles.
Our technical capability and in-house IT is maintained to always allow excellent communications. Our systems are all modern and up to date and cover all aspects of a fully computerised office environment and encompass CAD and design software for ease of communication with our client’s and their consultant’s.
